Where do you ship?

Delivery is possible in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Netherlands, Germany. Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Serbia, Sweden, Switzerland, UK.

How much is the shipping to my address?

The shopping cart will calculate the shipping price for all order. Just add the items you want to your cart and you will get your shipping cost.

How long untill I get my order?

We aim to deliver the ordered goods within the 7 working days from the order placement.  Adding further items to your order may lead to prolonged delivery time.

Can I cancel my order?

Once the order is dispatched (you'll be notified via e-mail) you cannot cancel it.

Can I change or add items to my order?

Unfortunately, once the order has been placed we can't add any additional items, but you can make a new order. Also, we can try to change your order before dispatch, but can not promise that it will be done.

Can I change delivery address, name, size..

You have until the package leaves our warehouse to do so. The best way to go about this would be to give our customer service a call, or send us a timely email with subject:" ORDER #(insert number of the order) change". After we have processed the changes, you will receive another confirmation email containing your modified details of the changes made. All the automatic notifications will have unchaiged details, so please ignore them.

How to use discount code?

You can enter one promotional codes per order before checkout. Enter the relevant number and click redeem. The total should then update. If the code doesn’t work please check that it is in date and you have the added the correct products to your basket to qualify for the discount.

 The code can not be applied  for articles with displayed special price (it is valid for items that have only webshop price, without special price)

If you didn’t enter the code during checkout we cannot apply it after the order has been placed.

Do I need to register / sign up to shop?

No, but it's worth your while. By registering you won't have to enter the same information every time you order. You can also choose to receive email updates on the the early notification of limited edition releases, exclusive styles, rare colourways and so on. Also, you will be able to participate in our Loyalty program which allows you to shop with reduced prices – every time!

How do I apply for Loyalty Card club?

To get a LC discount you must register on our website via the link http://www.nosstore.eu/en/register/

Once you have registered you can access your account at anytime by clicking on the Sign In link at the top of the page. Here you can change your preferences, see your LC points and discounts, review status of your orders and manage your account password.

By registering you won't have to enter the same information every time you order. You can also choose to receive email updates on the the early notification of limited edition releases, exclusive styles, rare colourways and so on.

In order for us to add the the Loyalty Discount, it is necessary that you are logged in to the account when submitting your order.

If you didn’t logged in before placing the order we cannot apply it after the order has been placed.

Can I return ordered goods?

You have the right to return goods within 14 days upon delivery of the order.

To replace the goods, you must fill in the replacement form you received with your bill.

Sending a new article is done only upon receipt of the returned item and when we find that the returned item is nonused and undamaged.

It is necessary to return the item to the undamaged original packaging packed in the package, preferably in the NOSS box.

When returning the ordered item to our address, the cost of the postage is borne by the customer. In case of replacement the cost of sending a new article is borne by NOSS.

How can I pay on nosstore.eu?

Your order can be paid through your personal PayPal account. We do not charge any additional fee when paying with PayPal.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Refunds are usually processed within a few days of us receiving the goods back. We’ll refund you by the same method as payment- PayPal.

As a retailer, we are required to refund your money or replace your goods within 30 days of receiving your return package. We aim to refund your money or send out a new package within a week of receiving it. However, it can happen that, due to large amounts of refunds (i.e. after sales, promotions, holidays) we are not able to refund your money within a week. Please bear with us in case this should happen to you! 

When will I receive my exchange?

Exchanges are usually processed and despatched within a few days of us receiving the goods back. If we haven’t the stock available we’ll refund you and send you an email to let you know.

I forgot to use my discount code?

Sorry but if you didn’t enter the code during checkout we cannot apply it after the order has been placed

Can I track my order?

When we ship your order we will send you an email explaining that your order has been despatched, and a link so that you can track your order. The link for tracking will be active few hours after the order has been dispatched. We use DPD courier service to deliver your order.

I’ve forgotten the password for My account?

To reset your password, please enter the email address you are signing in with NOSS.

Do you re-stock your inventory?

On occasion we will re-stock some of our inventory items. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site. We will occassionally offer specials, sales and online-only deals.

What about warranty?

Faulty articles and bad quality are never a pleasant topic, especially when your favourite sneakers break after a short period of time.  To make it easier for all parties, please contact us first so that we can solve the issue to both parties' content.

We make sure to offer only the best quality products in our store. However, it can happen that a product is damaged or flawed. If you happen to receive an article that you believe is faulty, you are allowed to replace it within 6 months.
In order to do so, please contact us at orders@nosstore.eu with the number of your order.
